123’ (37.49m) Temptation sold by IYC

IYC is pleased to announce the sale of 123’ (37.49m) Temptation by Frank Grzeszczak and Katya Jaimes of IYC Fort Lauderdale. A beautiful yacht in pristine condition, she was built by Palmer Johnson in 2005.

With her sleek profile and grey hull with light blue waterline color, Temptation is a sporty yacht with striking lines. Having undergone a refit in 2012 she is in top condition. Her exterior and interior design is by Nuvolari Lenard with the interior making use of beautiful woods and a light palette of sumptuous furnishings. Accommodation is for eight guests, across four cabins which include the master suite and VIP suite.

Temptation has ample outdoor spaces, with guests able to enjoy unrivalled views from both the aft outdoor dining space and the bright and airy open plan main saloon. The upper outside deck is particularly well set up and boasts a Jacuzzi, bar and ample sun loungers. The yacht  also carries numerous water toys, a 15’ Novurania RIB and a sporty 36’ Yellow Fin tender that perfectly complements her own design. She will be ideally suited to owners looking for a stylish entertainment base for time in and on the water.
