26.95m (88’4’’) Orea sold by IYC

IYC is pleased to announce the sale of 26.95m (88’4’’) Orea, one of two recent sales completed by Costas Dimopoulos of IYC Greece.
Built by Italian yard Pershing in 2000, with a refit in 2016, Orea is a popular Pershing 88 model that combines a sleek and powerful exterior design with a classic interior. Built for speed, twin MTU engines see her cruise at 32 knots with a maximum speed of 35 knots.

Able to welcome eight guests, Orea has four guest cabins with a configuration of two doubles and two twins. Warm wood and white leather are the predominant theme throughout, creating a timeless and elegant interior. The lower deck, linked seamlessly to the upper deck by a stairwell, features a large seating area and bar and is also home to the galley and accommodation. A light and bright upper saloon features a rounded seating area and coffee table and helm station, and leads directly out on to the upper deck with indoor-outdoor flow integral to the design.

Exterior spaces across the two decks have been maximized. The aft deck incorporates a seating area with table and sunpads, while stairs lead directly down to the water where a very large swimming platform provides easy access to the sea. Large sunpads forward ensure additional spaces for guests to retreat to. Well-equipped with toys and tenders, kept in a storage hatch forward, Orea carries a crane for easy storage and launching of her water activity inventory.
