Starting at the Isle de Sol Marina, Fun Run will be held from 10 am to 2 pm on Saturday, February 6, 2016. Captains and crew are invited to run or walk as many kilometers as they can. Each kilometer completed raises $2 for the I Can Foundation. Last year, the crew of motor yacht C2 set the record at 292km covered. IYC Crew wishes everyone well and hopes this record will be broken! Prizes will be offered to individuals and teams covering the most distance.

The Run to the Beat is just the beginning of a fun-filled day (and night!) for participants at Isle de Sol Marina. A well-deserved pool party and barbecue starts at 2:00 pm for relaxing and refreshing. The festivities continue with a lively costume party beginning at 7:00 pm. The I Can Foundation of St. Maarten was established in 1996 to assist families and children in need. Through educational programs, the I Can Foundation equips children with life long skills. I Can Home is a foster home for children who have been victims of neglect, abuse or other social issues. Residents receive round the clock care, treatment programs, guidance, and other activities to prepare them for the future.
