Held on October 27^th at the Ritz Carlton Fort Lauderdale, from 2.30pm - 5.15pm, this incredibly valuable, industry-first, event has been designed to both assist superyacht captains in their role, ensuring they are up to date with all the latest industry regulations, and to add value to overall industry operations. The event will be followed by a Cocktail Reception for additional networking opportunities for attendees. The event has already proved popular with a large number of registrations.

The day’s proceedings will see a panel of experts lead discussion on topics including present day legal, fiscal, safety and insurance issues and how they will impact the yachting industry in the future. These include the practicalities of visiting up and coming destination Cuba, EU charter contracts and an introduction to IYC Blue, a specialist software for the management of yacht documentation and safety management systems, developed in house by IYC. Speakers include Michael Moore, maritime attorney at Moore & Company, Theirry Voissin, Director and Founding Partner at S.O.S Yachting, and a number of IYC’s expert team including Sean Cassidy, IYC Yacht Management Director who spearheaded the development of IYC Blue.
