Heather Hatcher grew up in South Florida playing competitive sports, rooting for her beloved Miami Dolphins, and scuba diving with friends and family. Her passion for travel landed her a job with the United States Army as a Logistics Management Specialist before she entered the yachting industry in 2008. She spent three years living and working as an Assistant Sales and Charter Broker with IYC in some of yachting’s most popular charter destinations, including St. Maarten, Ft. Lauderdale and Newport. Leveraging her experience and knowledge of the yachting industry, she went on to establish and build a Charter Management Fleet at a leading brokerage firm in South Florida, where she managed an array of yachts worldwide. Today, she is back at the helm with IYC, working with a team of professionals whose principles are in-line with her own: honesty, integrity and hard work. Heather’s friendly disposition, positive attitude and determination make her a great addition to IYC.
