IYC is one of the fastest-growing yachting company worldwide with 160+ passionate employees across 15 offices in 9 countries. Acting as a leader of the industry, IYC boasts the largest charter fleet around the world with 140+ yachts under exclusive agreement.
To support its extensive development and fast-paced growth, IYC is looking for a Video Creative Manager drive by passion, motivated by luxury goods, and ready to boost his/her career.

Part of the international Marketing team spread across 2 continents and 4 countries, reporting to the Marketing Director, the Video Creative Manager has for main mission to build the video assets of the company to leverage visibility at B2B and B2C levels. The Video Creative Manager will overview the global video creation for the promotion needs of the company at a worldwide level.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop the global creative video program around yachts, events and activities of IYC in order to maintain the visibility and growth of the brand
  • Build the necessary presets to fit our brand guidelines and video requirements
  • Brand all yachts videos (technical shoot, lifestyle shoot, walkthroughs, etc.) and create all necessary video assets around them (teaser, GIFs, etc.)
  • Assist the Marketing team in creation of different assets (emailing GIFs, short teasers, website video integration, etc.)
  • Support all yacht shows and various events efforts (teasers for specific social media posting, video loops, various editing throughout yacht shows when required)
  • Force of proposal in the Marketing team for new video creative ideas and social media guidelines, to keep the brand accurate and at its highest level

Day-to-day Responsibilities would include:

  • Provide leadership and motivation, convey the vision and values of IYC
  • Craft big ideas and experiences, provide clear direction and constructive feedback
  • Develop holistic and robust memorable/famous creative campaigns from start to finish
  • Craft Idea led campaigns across multi-channel including Video, Digital (website) Social, Emails (GIFs)
  • Bring cohesive creative direction with the Marketing Director and assists in delivering creative ideas to business units where relevant
  • Actively identifies new opportunities and future trends
  • Find creative opportunities where possible even if they haven't been assigned

Requirements:

  • An experience of 3 years in video creative is required. Experience with luxury goods is appreciated
  • Perfect knowledge of photo and video editing tools (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
  • Ability to understand marketing insights and strategies to translate into compelling advertising campaigns that are digital-first
  • A real passion for creativity, with a particular appeal for luxury goods. Strong conceptual skills, exceptional strategic thinking with experience crafting creative strategies
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple video projects simultaneously
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience
  • Knowledge of video footage providers to fulfil any specific requirements when facing a lack of material at our disposal in database

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in photo and video editing
  • English is compulsory (work with an international team), an additional language is appreciated
