Born and raised in South Florida, Stephanie always had a passion for the creative arts. As a child, you could find her drawing, painting or conducting photo shoots with her Barbie dolls & stuffed animals. She has been able to apply that same passion for the arts to her work.
Stephanie has spent her 17-year career in a variety of roles in the hospitality industry. She studied marketing & graphic design and utilized her talents in casinos, hotels, wineries & event centers. As an in-house graphic designer, Stephanie created a limited edition Hard Rock Hotel & Casino collectible pin in honor of our military service men & women. During her years at the Isle Casino, she worked on marketing collateral for local and national campaigns, assisted with social media marketing, partnered with local media to promote sponsored events, all while managing an in-house print shop. She’s proud to have been a part of the design, planning and execution of special projects such as a fundraising event rappelling down a building for Gilda’s Club South Florida, creating an invitation for a private wine pairing with former Florida Marlin, Jeff Conine as part of his Celebrity Poker Classic for Joe DiMaggio’s Children’s Hospital and creating the logo for a barge that was repurposed into a casino-themed artificial coral reef, Lady Luck of Shipwreck Park, now a destination for scuba divers off the coast of Pompano Beach, FL.
Whether building relationships with VIPs; creating memorable promotions for casino guests or managing a 1,200-person Cirque-themed gala for a Fortune 50 company, she thrives on creating unique guest experiences. She's excelled at marketing and producing traditional and modern specialized events for a wide variety of cultures and hasn’t met a theme party she hasn't loved to produce.
Stephanie is thrilled to be a part of the Marketing Team and excited to apply her skills in a new industry with IYC.
