The first of Perini Navi’s 48m series, Corelia is a classically-designed yacht in excellent condition. A steel yacht built for both long-distance cruising and racing, guests onboard will enjoy a refined sailing experience. Her large decks offer ample space for sunbathing and enjoying the ocean breeze, with al fresco dining options on her aft deck and comfortable built in seating at the helm.

Her 10 overnight guests are accommodated in four spacious cabins, arranged as a master stateroom, a VIP cabin, and two twin cabins, each tastefully decorated with ensuite bathrooms. The master cabin is an impressive place to relax, and benefits from excellent storage, ornate wooden features, and a private seating area. Guests will be looked after by a team of nine crew members.
One of Corelia’s many highlights is her expansive interior communal areas. A formal dining table is located forward and has space for all 10 guests to enjoy meals together. This room also has a separate seating area for pre-dinner cocktails or after-dinner drinks. The main salon offers plentiful comfortable seating, with several sofas to choose from. Corelia’s guests will enjoy brand new AV equipment, with SONOS speakers throughout the yacht and brand new television screens in the main salon and each cabin.
With just one owner since her delivery, Corelia underwent several refits in 2017, 2018 and 2020 that saw a full repaint of her superstructure and replacement of all teak wood on her flybridge, the replacement of all her freshwater UV lamps, maintenance of all fuel, greywater, and black water tanks, an overhaul of the furling system for the Genoa sail, teak repairs, paint touch-ups on the superstructure, a new Lomac Tender, new bimini tents and numerous services on her essential equipment.
Powered by two MTU engines, Corelia has a cruising speed of 12 knots, and a max speed of 14.5 knots. She has a substantial cruising range of 3,900 nautical miles, with a fuel capacity of 42,000 liters.

Michel, who is half Greek and half Danish, grew up sailing the waters of Athens and surrounding Greek islands. At the age of 18, he studied International Business and Finance at Georgetown University, in Washington DC. After graduating with honors in 2000, he worked as an investment banker with Merrill Lynch in New York City.
In 2003, Michel left the corporate world to join his father’s flourishing yacht brokerage firm in his hometown of Athens. For over fifteen years, he spearheaded the yacht sales department, while actively growing the entire business and overseeing the various services that IYC provides its clients. Today, he is the global managing partner of IYC.
Michel’s expertise in the yachting market is extensive, with a specific interest in new build yachts between 30m-75m. He has years of experience working closely with some of the world’s top shipyards, cultivating relationships with industry stakeholders and yacht owners across the globe. He is committed to providing the best service to each IYC client, with their interests always as his top priority.
Michel is based out of the IYC office in Athens and is happily married with three beautiful young daughters. He is fluent in four languages.
