Andela has over a decade of experience in the yachting industry, bringing a strong background in charter operations, guest services, and day-to-day yacht management. In her most recent role as Operations Manager in Croatia, she independently oversaw weekly charter reservations, coordinated communication with partners, clients, suppliers, and crew, managed financial processes, and handled the logistics and documentation for vessel imports.

Her organizational ability, analytical mindset, and commitment to high service standards have made her a highly reliable and efficient professional.

Before transitioning into operations management, Andela worked as a hostess and yacht crew member, gaining hands-on experience with onboard standards, guest expectations, and the dynamics of life at sea.

She is currently completing her Master’s degree in Communication Management and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. In addition to her academic achievements, she is fluent in Croatian and English and is known for her responsibility, teamwork, strong planning abilities, adaptability, and positive communication style.

Outside the office, Andela leads an active lifestyle and enjoys playing tennis, reading, and writing. She is also passionate about creative projects - especially costume design which allow her to explore new ideas and express her creativity.
