M/Y Serenity, 55m Heesen Superyacht Sold by IYC
IYC has closed an impressively fast sale of 55m Serenity, built by Heesen Yachts. Katya Jaimes and Frank Grzeszczak of the IYC Fort Lauderdale office were the central agents, representing the seller.
Listed for sale with IYC in January 2016 the superyacht was sold just three months later. Serenity had made an impressive 9400 miles journey on her own bottom from Australia through Tahiti and Panama to Florida, total of 42 days at sea, to attend the 2016 Palm Beach International Boat Show. Having arrived just a day before the Show, she had the contract signed one week after, with closing less than a month later. Her happy new owner has now taken delivery ready to enjoy a full season of cruising ahead.
An excellent example of quality Dutch craftsmanship, Serenity had been maintained in immaculate condition since her 2011 launch. One of Heesen’s most popular models, with sleek styling and modern design, this 55m yacht boasts stunning onboard features including six guest cabins, a full gym, steam and sauna room, and a light and beautifully styled interior.
The fast and seamless sale of Serenity is a reflection of the IYC team’s expert work in marketing this beautiful yacht. Quick results and an exemplary sales process are two of the many reasons why clients are choosing IYC to sell their asset. With Heesen one of the best respected names in the new build sector, Serenity is just one example of the custom yachts on IYC’s books and available for sale.
