The Antigua Charter Yacht Show is renowned in the charter sector as a huge display of the industry’s most popular charter yachts and for providing inspiration for charter professionals in order to help them make a perfect match between their charter clients and yachts. Events include the popular Chef’s Competition, won in 2016 by Head Chef on board  M/Y Trending, and tablescaping contest, special marina nights and several evening events, as well as daily showcase lunches on board yachts. The 2017 edition will also include a charity event in support of the rebuild of Barbuda following Hurricanes Irma and Maria in September 2017.

IYC will be presenting two yachts at the show – 59.3m M/Y Benetti Andiamo and 68m Nobiskrug Sycara V – and will have a strong team presence in attendance. Both stunning builds have a reputation for charter excellence and each yacht is a perfect demonstration of the quality of yacht available within the IYC charter fleet with plenty of choice on offer and a yacht to suit every charter client. Planned IYC events at the show include several lunches scheduled on board Andiamo and an afternoon event hosted on board Sycara V. Andiamo’s chef and crew will also be participating in the highly-competitive Chef’s competition and will host a lunch.

Fresh from a major refit that has transformed her overall look Andiamo is a busy charter yacht with a long-standing crew of 15 who are all passionate about the yacht. Featuring a brand new interior, reworked from the original by Fendi, Andiamo has numerous spaces both indoors and out, including a large Master cabin on the main deck. Sycara V boasts huge outdoor spaces, including a unique terrace with shade awnings on the foredeck, a beach club and large sundeck, and is perfectly set up to enjoy life cruising in warm climates. The yacht was designed in a casual yet elegant penthouse style with large windows and skylights allowing natural light. Both yachts carry a host of toys and tenders for making the most of time on the water.
