131’ (40m) Feadship SEAGULL OF CAYMAN for sale with IYC

12th August 2025

IYC is proud to welcome 131’ (40m) SEAGULL OF CAYMAN back to its sales fleet, listed by Kevin Bonnie, Managing Partner of IYC Monaco. Sold by IYC in 2017, this distinguished Feadship returns to the market in 2025 in exceptional condition, now offered with a €700,000 price reduction. Currently lying in St. Tropez, she is now offered at €3,200,000 VAT paid, presenting a rare opportunity to acquire one of the most elegant members of the Feadship heritage fleet.

Built in 1980, SEAGULL OF CAYMAN is a timeless classic that has been impeccably maintained. She underwent a major refit in 2006, followed by a three-year refit program completed between 2015 and 2017.

Constructed from steel and aluminum superstructure, she features a classic canoe stern, with exterior design by De Voogt Naval Architects and a refreshed interior by Patrick Khayat of Blanc Bleu. Powered by twin GM 675hp engines, she cruises comfortably at 12/13 knots.

Her interior mirrors her elegant exterior, offering generous volume and the charm of original rich woods. A formal amidships entrance opens to a round bar and seating area, creating the perfect social hub. Forward, you’ll find an L-shaped galley, stairs leading to the pilothouse and crew quarters, and, further forward, a large, well-appointed on-deck master cabin.

SEAGULL OF CAYMAN accommodates 12 guests in six cabins, supported by nine crew. The on-deck master suite offers panoramic port and starboard views, a centerline king bed, huge walk-in wardrobes, an entertainment system, and a private marble-finished bathroom.

Five additional guest cabins are located on the lower deck, accessed via a traditional staircase and finished to Feadship’s renowned standard. These include:

● Two mirror-image cabins convertible between twin and king layouts

● One smaller twin cabin

● Another convertible twin/king cabin

● A final twin cabin

Guests also enjoy thoughtful amenities such as a wine cellar and ample storage space.

The main salon and dining area, situated aft, are unusually spacious for a yacht of her size. Here, formal dining meets comfortable leather seating, entertainment facilities, a desk, and rich original Feadship joinery accented with new wool carpets, leather, and brass details. Double teak and glass doors lead to the aft deck, where a round glass table for 10 creates the perfect setting for al fresco dining.

Above, the expansive flybridge invites relaxation with large sun pads, generous seating, a barbecue, and open-air lounging areas.

A recent multi-million-euro refit has kept SEAGULL OF CAYMAN in peak condition, including steel work on the hull bottom, replacement of 95% of engine room piping, installation of new zero-speed stabilizers for added comfort, a full Awlgrip paint job, an enlarged upper deck sun pad, and upgraded entertainment systems. Patrick Khayat’s ‘modern classic’ interior redesign honors her heritage while delivering contemporary luxury.
