Eva Marenco brings experience in yacht personnel management and operational coordination to her role as Assistant Crew Manager at IYC. Previously a Fleet Administrator, she advanced quickly due to her organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex logistics.

Her background includes managing intricate crew processes such as onboarding, medical clearances, background checks, visa coordination, and scheduling, while maintaining communication across global teams. Eva’s collaborative approach and dedication make her a trusted and reliable part of the Yacht Management team.

Outside of work, Eva enjoys exploring new cultures through travel and spending time with her family, experiences that inspire and ground her personally and professionally.
