A Charleston, South Carolina native, Elizabeth began her career in tourism after attending the University of South Carolina. She started out as a tour guide in her hometown before moving to Hawaii to work as a Divemaster, experiences that sparked her transition into the yachting world. That path eventually led her to roles in luxury hospitality, estate management, and personal assistance.

Elizabeth spent several years working on motor yachts between 45 and 85 meters, advancing to Chief Stewardess. During that time, she built strong expertise in guest service, team leadership, and onboard logistics, managing busy seasons and demanding guest programs with a high level of professionalism.

Before stepping into her current role, Elizabeth worked as a Crew Placement Agent at IYC for 2.5 years, where she focused on matching experienced crew with yachts around the world. Her firsthand industry experience and deep understanding of crew dynamics give her a unique perspective and make her a valuable resource to both brokers and clients.

Now based in Fort Lauderdale, Elizabeth supports the sales team with an organized, client-focused approach and a solid background in both yachting operations and high-end service.
