Her background includes managing large-scale CRM systems, optimizing sales funnels, and developing data-driven reporting that helps leadership make informed decisions. She has supported executive teams, onboarded and trained staff, coordinated company-wide initiatives, and managed the logistics of industry events worldwide. Lauren’s ability to balance operational precision with a calm, solutions-focused mindset has made her a trusted partner across all levels of an organization.
