Melissa oversees IYC's US personnel on a day-to-day basis and provides key administrative support to the Global HR Director. Following the obtention of her Professional Human Resources Certification in 2018, Melissa has worked in HR across different industries, but has dedicated most of her time to non-profit healthcare. 

 

In her spare time, Melissa enjoys watching sports, reading and spending time with her family.
