Panagiotis comes from a family deeply rooted in maritime tradition. His father served as a captain in the merchant navy, inspiring him to pursue a career as a Marine Engineer. He studied at a naval academy, earning all the required certifications up to the rank of Chief Engineer Unlimited, and spent several years serving on bulk carriers, where he gained extensive technical expertise.

Eager to broaden his management capabilities, Panagiotis earned a master’s degree in shipping and went on to work as a Superintendent Engineer for major shipping companies. In this role, he oversaw complex repair projects for large bulk carriers across shipyards worldwide. He later served as Technical Director for a prominent Greek company specializing in towing and salvage.

When it comes to yachting, Panagiotis further expanded his experience across the maritime industry by working as Chief Engineer on mega yachts, gaining a deep understanding of the high standards, service expectations, and technical demands of luxury yacht operations.

He believes strongly in the power of teamwork and approaches every challenge by breaking it down to its simplest, most solvable form. His guiding principle is clear: don’t just work - care.
