Nicole brings a distinctly international perspective to her role as Charter Retail Broker at IYC, shaped by a life lived between the United States and Europe. She studied hospitality management in Lausanne, Switzerland, an experience that refined both her service ethos and her fluency in French, and laid the foundation for a career defined by discretion, precision, and cultural fluency.

She began her career in Paris, spending five years within a private members concierge environment catering to discerning clients, before continuing in London and later New York. Across more than a decade in leading luxury travel and concierge circles, Nicole developed a reputation for quietly anticipating client needs—whether arranging private aviation, securing exceptional residences, or curating highly personalized itineraries with seamless execution.

Yachting has always been a natural extension of this world. Her transition into charter brokerage reflects a deep familiarity with the expectations of discerning clients and an intuitive understanding of how to translate them into experiences that feel both effortless and exacting.

Now based in Miami, Nicole works with an international clientele, bringing a considered, highly personalized approach to each charter. She is fluent in English, French, Italian, and Spanish.
