With over a decade of experience in the luxury yachting industry, Tatjana managed the operations of several high-profile vessels including Clifford II, Mistral, Casta Diva, and Serenity II. Her responsibilities have ranged from overseeing daily operations and refit projects to supporting fully booked charter seasons and ensuring a seamless experience for owners and guests. In recent years, she founded a company focused on helping others to plan tailored sailing experiences — an initiative inspired by her time exploring the Mediterranean, including Greece, Croatia, Turkey, Sicily, and the Canary Islands. In 2021 she completed training at the Maritime Training Academy in Superyacht Management.

In her personal time, Tatjana is passionate about tango and salsa dancing, which she has studied around the world. She's also a dedicated reader with a deep interest in philosophy and mythology, both of which influence her thoughtful and people-oriented approach to her work.
