63' (19m) Hanse ATHINA V for Sale with IYC

IYC is delighted to welcome 63' (19m) Hanse ATHINA V to the global sales fleet, represented by Sales Consultant  Lambros Liaskovitis.

ATHINA V is a custom 62’5” (19m) sailing yacht built by Hanse. With a GRP hull and superstructure constructed in carbon, ATHINA V underwent a two-phase refit at the Nautor Swan shipyard which was completed across 2023 and 2024, bringing her technical systems, finishes and exterior presentation fully up to date.

The interior is open and bright. The main salon is arranged with a raised dinette and bar-style galley beneath a run of skylights that keep the space filled with natural light. Forward, the full-beam master suite includes ample storage and private access to the en-suite. Two double guest cabins are located aft and a dedicated crew cabin is positioned forward with its own entrance.

On deck, ATHINA V is laid out for ease and efficiency under sail. She was specially designed by the current owner to be sailed single-handedly. Her lines are clean, with all sail controls led aft to the twin carbon helm stations. The cockpit includes wraparound seating, fold-out tables, and a retractable bimini. New flexi-teek decking runs bow to stern, with a generous platform at the transom for water access.

Under full racing sail rigging, she can reach speeds up to 20 knots, whilst a standard sailing rig will allow her to cruise at 12 knots with light winds. ATHINA V is also powered by a Volvo Penta 160 hp engine, on which she can cruise at 7 knots. Her lightweight structure and carbon rig deliver strong sailing performance.

ATHINA V has been maintained to a high standard, with recent upgrades enhancing both function and finish. With her systems refreshed and her presentation updated, she is well suited for a new owner seeking a capable yacht ready for immediate use.
