After growing up with a strong passion for boating from an early age, Fletcher chose to stay close to the ocean through college. He earned a degree in marketing at the University of Central Florida. After graduation Fletcher joined the crew of “AT LAST” an active 44 meter Heesen motor yacht. Working as a deckhand, Fletcher learned hands-on how a mega yacht operates. Fletcher rounded out his first-hand experience by completing an extensive training course at the Yacht Brokers Institute and earning his Florida yacht broker license. IYC values this combination of enthusiasm, personal experience and formal training in our team of Sales Consultants.

As a second-generation yacht broker, Fletcher has a stronger industry background than is typical for someone of his age. Fletcher has worked with yacht captains and crew members, owners, sellers, buyers and even charter guests. In terms of yacht brokerage, Fletcher has successfully negotiated on behalf of both buyers and sellers. Fletcher is personable and understands the ins and outs of boating. He is an excellent addition to IYC.
