Sofia, a native Swede, is a highly experienced charter broker based in the IYC Monaco office for over 15 years, who will be able to combine her extensive background in the yachting industry with her strong understanding of the Scandinavian market to ensure local clients have the best possible time on yachts. Time spent working in high-end events, paired with this long tenure in the yachting industry and extensive knowledge of the best cruising grounds in the world, has built Sofia a reputation for creating unique and unforgettable charter holidays. With a complementary skillset Thérèse boasts many years in the luxury travel industry, including running a boating company and founding a luxury travel agency. Making use of a deep understanding of what is needed to craft the perfect vacation experience paired with a passion for tailoring a charter to the individual client, Thérèse will use her knowledge and expertise to help to craft custom charter packages for clients and offer a full “concierge package.”

The new IYC Scandinavia office was opened in response to a growing interest in the yachting world from Scandinavian countries and a desire for IYC to always be based on the ground in key yachting hubs around the world. “ Boats and the sea is in our blood and we are daily surrounded by it up here in the North” says. Sofia Nordlinder. “Scandinavia is an emerging market within the yachting scene, that is fast expanding, and we are here to educate and enable clients from this region in realizing their yachting dreams.
