Alex Doukas is the Applications Support Manager for IYC. Alex began building computers at aged 10 years old with his father. His first summer job at the age of 13 was at a computer shop in his hometown of Chalkida, Greece.
Since then, he never stopped supporting users and learning new things about computers and he has extensive experience working with all types of systems. After multiple years of working with Windows products, Alex became a certified Apple Macintosh Technician in the UK before returning to his native Greece where he worked as a trainer, salesman, and technician for the brand. Alex then moved on to a senior role at Dell Computers before joining IYC.
Throughout his career, Alex has interacted with tens of thousands of users. He understands that technology is a tool that should be maintained and improved in order for users to excel in what they do for work – with the least interruption possible.
