Florence has extensive experience working in Human Resources. She spent ten years working for Louis Vuitton retail France, where she developed a strong and extensive HR knowledge, with a particular focus on recruitment and people development tools. In 2015 she relocated to the South of France and joined Fraser Yachts, where she built up the HR department. Florence holds a degree in Business and an MBA in Human Resources Management, from ESG Paris Business School. Outside of work, Florence is an avid hiker and skier. She is proficient in French and English and has a good knowledge of Italian.
