Born and raised in Zadar, Croatia, Iva's love for the sea began early, sailing along the beautiful Adriatic coastline with her family, where she gained deep knowledge of the East Mediterranean and its islands.
She pursued a degree in Sports Management at the University of Zagreb, where she worked in the basketball club Cibona and later acted as president of the football club Zadar. Despite her success in sports, her passion for the sea led her back to the yachting industry, when she joined IYC in early 2021.
As a valued member of the yachting community, Iva brings a high degree of professionalism to her work. Her extensive travels around the world have given her a broad perspective on international yachting destinations and helped foster a strong and loyal client base.
In her free time, Iva enjoys tennis, padel, and ballet.
