With over a decade of Charter Management experience at IYC, Monisha is known for her discreet, reliable approach and for fostering long term relationships with the yachts and owners under her care.

She began her yachting career after graduating with first-class honours in Business Management from Singapore. Born in India and raised across two countries, she spent most of her childhood in Dili, Timor-Leste - an experience she describes as growing up in one of the last untouched paradises on earth. Her multicultural upbringing has shaped her adaptability and ease in navigating diverse environments.

Based in Monaco for the last decade, she enjoys the balance of a quiet principality life with the dynamic, global nature of her work. Beyond yachting, Monisha is actively involved in humanitarian missions in Timor-Leste, Monaco, and India reflecting her commitment to contributing positively to the communities closest to her heart.

In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, skiing, pilates, and spending time with her family. For Monisha, the most rewarding aspect of her career is the remarkable people she meets and the extraordinary destinations she has the privilege to promote and represent.
