IYC is delighted to announce the successful sale of 109' (33.2m) motor yacht XIPHIAS in an in-house deal, with Pantelis Stathis introducing the Buyer and Kevin Bonnie representing the Seller.

Delivered by her namesake French shipyard in 1974, and refitted in 2015, she is the only Esterel 105 model in existence. Exterior and interior designed by Paolo Caliari, with naval architecture by André Maurac, the all-aluminum yacht is a design classic with modern amenities, including a Jacuzzi for end-of-day relaxation, air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

Accommodating eight guests in four cabins, including a master suite with a king-sized bed, one VIP with a queen-sized bed and a twin. A complement of six crew is further accommodated. Comfortably cruising at 12 knots with a range of 3,500 nautical miles, XIPHIAS is a wholly unique yacht providing class, comfort and a once-in-a-lifetime ownership opportunity.
