IYC is pleased to announce its latest sale, with 31m (100’) M/Y Apanemia sold by IYC Greece. Built by Falcon Yachts in 1998 and designed by Stefano Righini the yacht underwent a major refit in 2014. Having had just one owner since her launch she is a much-loved yacht that has been beautifully maintained throughout her lifetime. Boasting a sporty exterior look with sleek lines, Apanemia is powered by twin MTU 1800hp engines and cruises at 22 knots with a maximum speed of 26 knots.
Five double cabins are on board for 10 to 12 guests, including the master, two VIPs – one queen and one double – and two twins with Pullmans. All cabins feature full modern entertainment systems, including smart TVs and an extensive movie server. Apanemia
features a classic interior, with woods and neutral soft furnishings. An open-plan style layout in her main salon, which features a formal dining space and lounging areas, makes her ideal for entertaining and socialising amongst guests.
Leading out from the main saloon a large covered aft deck is a generously proportioned exterior space, with outdoor dining and a wet bar. Steps lead directly down from the main deck to the large transom swimming platform that can also be set up as a beach club with sun loungers for true on-water relaxation. Side decks allow easy access forward to the foredeck with its large padded sunbathing area and seating. Even more exterior space is on offer on the semi-covered flybridge with yet more sunbathing spots, a wet bar and seating. A large inventory of toys and tenders ensures her guests are never bored during their time on board.
