Description
40-meter motor yacht RULE NO.1 provides the perfect charter experience. Five cabins meet the needs of up to 12 guests, ensuring that there is ample space to find a peaceful retreat. When aboard, guests are treated to a variety of deck luxuries, including a hot tub to take in those beautiful views and a private gym. Guests can also admire their setting from the bar and al fresco dinning tables. As if that wasn't enough, RULE NO.1 also boasts a 2022 37' Freeman tender, top of the line fishing boat and custom inflatable slide for added fun.

As you enter the aft deck you find she boasts an excellent gathering space for you and your guests, fixed with a 42” Sunview HDTV above the full bar, accompanied by a custom U-Shaped settee for your enjoyment. From the aft deck, you can access the water and tender with ease making it ideal for water sports. RULE NO.1's automatic doors offer a warm welcome into the spacious and immaculate main salon. Put your feet up and press play on your favorite movie on the 50″ TV that rises out of the cabinet and be engulfed by the surround sound. A generous and inviting entertaining space, you and your guests can spread out and relax.
A dining area appointed for the finest soiree, 10 guests can appreciate the warm space over an incredible meal. There is a door located between the dining area and galley allowing for fluid and effortless dining services. You may enter RULE NO.1's exquisite on-deck master suite through the owner’s study.
The master cabin is fixed with a plush king bed, an ensuite head with sleek double sinks, gorgeous flooring and countertops, a spacious shower, a toilet, and a bidet.
The master suite was designed for long journeys; offering ample dresser storage and a walk-in closet and vanity. Retreat to this lush space to enjoy a 50″ HDTV with full entertainment and surround sound. As you proceed down, you will land in the inviting guest foyer where a total of four guest cabins are situated. Your guests will feel like royalty in one of the posh VIP staterooms; each offering a king bed, two nightstands, a dresser, a closet, and a private bathroom with a shower - plus an entertainment center with LG 37” 4K with full entertainment.
In addition to the two VIP staterooms, RULE NO.1 boasts two twin cabins as well. Each twin guest cabin offers a dresser, a closet, a private bathroom with a shower, and an entertainment center with LG 32” 4K. Unwind in comfort and style in RULE NO.1’s magnificent sky lounge. This incredible lounge is donned with lavish seating, a full bar, and a game table. Cozy up on the L-Shape sofa in front of a fireplace with a Samsung 50” 4K just above; accompanied by a full entertainment center with surround sound. RULE NO.1’s sundeck is second to none if you want to bask in the fresh air on a sunny day.
Just above is a large hardtop with misters to keep you cool while you soak in the Jacuzzi. Hop out onto one of the many sun pads to catch a few rays or find the shade under the hardtop on a comfortable sofa and take in the breeze.
