Kutsal Coban's love for the ocean started in Turkey's coastal region of Bodrum, while fishing during his childhood years. In 2002, he joined the yacht tourism sector in Bodrum, where he built his yachting career and acquired his captain license.

His name became a safe harbor amongst clients and colleagues alike because of his vast skill set and knowledge of private yachting; as he held the roles of Captain, Project Manager and Consultant in Europe, Caribbean, The Bahamas, and the United States. This experience allowed him to improve his relations and transition to the world of sales and management and obtain his broker’s license and bond.
