Originally from the UK, Anjani began her career in corporate finance before relocating to France, after several visits to the Côte d’Azur convinced her to make the French Riviera her home. Since 2015, she has worked shore-based in the principality of Monaco, specialising in yacht crew management. As an Associate CIPD Level 5 Crew Manager, she brings a structured, people-centred approach to yacht HR and is committed to elevating professional standards across the sector.

Anjani has extensive experience overseeing fleets of 200+ yacht crew, as well as helicopter pilots, ROV pilots, and submersible pilots operating across the Mediterranean, Atlantic, Indian Ocean and Pacific on yachts and expedition vessels.

Outside of work, Anjani treasures time with her young family, enjoys social activities with friends, and indulges her love for travel and the culinary arts.
