Originally from the UK, Anjani began her career in corporate finance. After several visits to the Cote d’Azur, she moved to Antibes and decided to make the French Riviera her new home. Since, she has worked in Monaco, specialising in yacht crew management.
Prior to joining IYC, she has built experience managing fleets of 200+ yacht crew as well as helicopter pilots, ROV pilots & submersible pilots spread cross the Mediterranean, Atlantic, Indian Ocean and Pacific on yachts and expedition vessels.
Anjani is an active member of Impact Crews – ‘Raising The Bar’ initiative, and was recently appointed the Chairwoman of the Yacht Management Careers subgroup. She is a driving force for elevating professional standards in the yachting industry for crew, and is also an active member of Young Professionals in Yachting (YPY) Monaco.
In her free time, Anjani is studying for a CIPD diploma in Human Resources, as she is a firm believer in continued learning supporting professional development. Beyond her career pursuits, she finds solace in quality family time, cherishing days-out with her young family, engaging in social activities with friends, and indulging in her love for travel & the culinary arts.
