After finishing her BA in International Relations at the University of Sacramento, USA, Bozena moved back to her hometown in Montenegro.
While studying for her Master’s Degree, she started working for Super Yacht Marina Porto Montenegro, thus gaining her first yachting experiences. In her four-years’ stay, she performed the duties of a yacht agent, marina administrator and fuel bunkering administrator. For the next three years Bozena managed the Montenegrin office of a super yacht agency and in 2019 she joined IYC as a Sales and Charter Consultant and is now a successful Charter Manager. Bozena is honest, dedicated and is known for going the extra mile offering world class customer service.
