Her background includes yacht sales and charter support, operations, marketing, client service, and event coordination, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the many elements that contribute to a successful client experience.

Most recently, Cinthya played a key role in supporting the growth and day-to-day operations of a boutique brokerage, managing a variety of operational, marketing, and client-facing initiatives. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with brokers, clients, captains, and industry partners, gaining experience in contract administration, yacht show planning, listing launches, CRM management, charter logistics, and event coordination.
