Irini has a strong professional background in international marketing. She started her career working for Johnson & Johnson, taking on different brand management positions in strategy and innovation as well as “go-to-market” for the US, Europe, Middle East and Africa. She then moved on to work at Microsoft, where she held the position of Marketing Communications Manager for Greece. Her proven career in marketing is supported by a strong educational background. She earned her MBA degree from Harvard Business School and an undergraduate degree from Brown University in the United States.
Irini joined IYC as Marketing Director in November 2015, following the company's relaunch, and headed the marketing department globally. During her tenure she contributed in establishing the company’s brand identity, re-developing all marketing material and helping establish IYC as an industry leader. She currently heads the Digital Growth and Business Intelligence departments, and is responsible for developing and growing IYC’s digital platforms with the objective of creating new revenue streams for the company.
