Lara was born in Istanbul and is a bilingual speaker of English and Turkish. She holds an MSc in Management from Brunel University London and a Bachelor of Laws from Newcastle University. Her educational background has given her exposure to topics such as strategic management, marketing, financial resources management, and business law.
She began her career as Marketing Communications Manager for Mengi Yay Yachts in Istanbul, providing her with the opportunity to develop and implement successful digital and traditional marketing & PR campaigns. Additionally, she was involved in collaborating with cross-functional teams to create engaging content and drive product awareness.
