Raphael is an accomplished Chief Executive Officer with a demonstrated history of working in the hospitality and maritime industry. He has over 25 years of experience in the private wealth and maritime sectors and has a well-earned reputation for delivering results through operations management and team development.
Raphael started his career in the maritime sector at Vships Leisure, where he held the position of Crew Operations Director. He was then appointed CEO at Parkview Monaco, a leading Leisure holding company grouping the hotels, restaurants, residences and yacht activities of a family-owned enterprise. Before joining IYC he served as Chief Executive Officer at Fraser Yachts for seven years. Under his tenure, the company realized significant growth and expanded its geographic footprint with five new offices. Raphael was also President of LYBRA and is a MYBA Board Member. He is also Deputy Chair of Eyesea and an Advisory Board Member of VIKAND Solutions.
In his free time he enjoys sports, especially triathlon and Ironman races.
