The Admiral Silent 76 model is an all-new breed of sailing yacht from The Italian Sea Group, designed for fast cruising and luxurious comfort. Built from composite she is light and efficient, with a striking metallic grey hull. Able to reach speeds of 13 knots under motor, as the ‘Silent’ in her model name alludes, Gigreca has incredibly low noise levels and minimal vibrations, ensuring peaceful onboard experience. Naval architecture is by The Italian Sea Group and Jacques Fauroux, exterior design is by Debenedetti & Fiordi, and interior design is by the group’s in-house Admiral Centro Stile design team. Her sail plan is easily handled, with a sail wardrobe by North Sails.

Being half Danish and half Greek, Michel grew up in a multi-cultural household in Athens and is fluent in four languages. At the age of 18, he left for the United States to study International Business and Finance at Georgetown University in Washington DC. After graduating in 2000, he worked for three years at Merrill Lynch’s Investment Banking unit in New York City. Having lived through life marking experiences in New York, Michel decided to quit the corporate world in 2003 and joined his father’s flourishing yacht brokerage firm in Athens. For more than a decade, he has been spearheading the yacht sales department, while actively growing the business and is today a managing partner in IYC. Michel also has strong experience with new building of custom yachts in the 30m to 60m category. He is happily married and has two beautiful young daughters.
Leo graduated in 2014 from the SDA Bocconi School of Management with a Master’s degree in Luxury Management.
Growing up on the island of Saint Barts provided him with the unique advantage of being surrounded by the most up-scale clientele and the most beautiful yachts in the world. While appreciating impeccable yacht designs, his passion for this industry was also empowered by his love for sailing, a sport that was transmitted to him as family heritage. Up until this day he keeps on pursuing his passion by participating in important regattas around the world. For him, aesthetics and yacht designs are inextricably connected with performance and therefore, he fosters candid relationships with clients focused on such values. Being part of the new generation of brokers, his expertise working with IYC aims to be focused on three main axes: Innovation, Transparency and Honesty.
