Stepping onboard, guests will undoubtedly notice how spacious she feels, as she boasts an interior volume that is often found on much larger vessels. Bright and light, she has several large windows throughout to let in the sunshine. Her main salon is a wonderful communal socializing space that has a comfortable seating area for all guests onboard, as well as a large television. Here, she also has a bar area with a marble countertop and seating for three guests, as well as a formal dining space with seating for eight guests.

Her sundeck is the focal point of the yacht, with vast areas for relaxing and entertaining. For sun-worshippers, there are sun loungers and a jacuzzi to enjoy and soak up the warm weather. If guests prefer to be in the shade, there is a covered area with comfortable seating and a large dining table. For another alfresco dining option, the aft deck boasts a large table and comfortable seating so guests can enjoy dinner with gorgeous views of the scenery around them.
An attractive charter yacht, High Rise has several water toys on board and jet ski for guests to enjoy. Her large swim platform is a great place to relax, and also makes it easy to dip in and out of the water.
She benefited from an extensive refit in 2019 & 2020, which saw all her exterior soft goods replaced, new teak decks, a new Garmin electronic system installed, and a new Sea Recovery Aquamatic XL Watermaker. She reports low engine hours, benefiting from a meticulously maintained Caterpillar C32 engine. In excellent condition, High Rise is currently undergoing a full repaint, which is expected to be completed by November 2020.

Growing up in South Florida, Matthew realized at an early age that he belonged on the water; he turned his biggest passion into his career and it is paying off. In 2020, he was nominated for the coveted IYBA “Outstanding Young Professionals in Yachting” award. In both 2018 and 2019, he earned “Broker of the Year” at the leading boutique firm where he originally made the transition from yacht captain to yacht broker in 2015. His growth continues to accelerate now representing IYC, one of the largest and most reputable global brands in yachting.
Matthew remains deeply committed to continuing education and has a particular passion for new construction builds. He has spent time touring most of the world’s leading international shipyards including Lurssen, Feadship, Heesen, San Lorenzo, Baglietto, and Benetti to name a few, all while sharpening his skillset to meet his clients’ growing needs. He has pledged to leave his mark on the industry. Matthew is a regular on AWE’s networks television series “Selling Yachts” and has been featured in a variety of industry magazine publications.
