Kawai features the typically sleek Mangusta silhouette, and benefits from large exterior spaces thanks to her open design. These include a sunbathing zone on the foredeck, an outdoor lounge area with dining table, comfortable seating, sunpads with optional shade, and a large aft swim platform with fresh water shower.
Immaculately maintained by a single owner and successful charter yacht, Kawai has undergone annual maintenance at the Overmarine yard since her launch in 2010. During these periods of upkeep, a number of aesthetic and mechanical upgrades have been carried out, including a complete revision of her Kamewa water jets in 2020.

Seven guests can be accommodated in Kawai’s three luxury cabins. The master stateroom is full beam and holds a king sized bed, with attached his and hers en suite bathrooms. Adjacent to the master is a fully equipped office. Her second VIP cabin holds a queen sized bed, with attached en suite. The remaining cabin is arranged as a twin with additional Pullman berth. All cabins feature entertainment systems, complete with LCD televisions, satellite connections and iPod docking. Crew sleeping quarters can accommodate four.
Her interior design is contemporary and in keeping with the spirit of stylish Mangusta brand, with high end materials and Italian-quality craftsmanship used to create her streamlined and modern look. Kawai’s main salon’s holds a helm station, lounge and dining spaces, but the key feature of this space is an impressive retractable sunroof, which allows guests to enjoy sunny weather or meals under starlight. The stainless steel galley is kitted out with all modern equipment.

A New York Native, Kevin Bonnie learned to sail at an early age. After graduating from college in New York, he went to sea on yachts and served as deck hand, chef, engineer, first mate and Captain. Kevin returned ashore as a yacht broker in the Pacific Northwest and used his training in both business and yachting to build a reputation for integrity, honesty and going the extra mile for his clients. After a two year interlude in the financial markets of Wall Street and London, Kevin moved to the south of France to pursue his dream of selling megayachts. After three years with Monaco Marine, learning the European market and studying French intensively, he launched and is now managing partner of IYC’s original European office. He enjoys working and living in Monte Carlo while taking care of all his global clientele.
