A turnkey yacht, the 100’ (31m) Ocean Alexander-built SEA N SEA is an exciting addition to IYC’s global sales fleet. Built in 2016 and measurably larger than any other yacht in its class, SEA N SEA is a pedigree boat sporting a custom interior by renowned designer Evan K. Marshall. Pristinely maintained by its original private owner, it offers endless entertainment spaces, low engine hours and presents to market charter-ready.
Key features include a spacious sky lounge with far-reaching views and an up-scaled living space typically found on yachts of a greater size. In the main salon, custom wood flooring adds a chic touch. A Creston electronics package features throughout the boat, providing guests with endless hours of fun.
Exterior deck spaces are vast, offering the best of open water living, with fresh air, vantage points and the essence of the yachting lifestyle. With few similar yachts of this caliber in this size range on the market, SEA N SEA is a competitively priced boat with detailed maintenance logs ideal for an owner looking for a yacht with style and substance.
A wireless Yacht Controller provides convenience and ease, supported by SEA N SEA’s full-time professional captain and crew. Lightweight, with a cruising speed of 16 knots, the boat comfortably accommodates 8 guests in generous interior spaces, including a full-beam master suite with heated granite bathroom flooring.
