101' (30.78m) High Rise is a stunning example of a Hargrave Custom Yacht. She has been upgraded over the past three years by experienced owners and their captain. Meticulously maintained by a full-time crew of five, she can host nine guests in four cabins.

The main salon features a comfortable seating area with a stylish L shaped sofa, a coffee table, and large screen TV. On the starboard side is a full bar with a marble countertop and bar stools for three guests. Spacious and light, the interior volume creates a feeling of a much larger vessel. Forward of the main salon is a formal dining room with a beautiful high gloss dining table and seating for eight. This room is flooded with natural light from the large windows with stylish roman shades, and high gloss woodwork throughout.

The on-deck master boasts a king-size berth, built-in cabinets, and large windows on both the port and starboard side of the room providing beautiful views from the bed, and a large ensuite with his and her sinks and a spacious shower. Moving below deck, there is the second master stateroom, which is also full beam and boasts a king-size bed. These two master staterooms make her a very appealing choice on the charter market. Her twin cabins are both able to convert into a queen-size berth, meaning she is ideally suited for mixed groups. The crew quarters are notably spacious and in excellent condition.

Socializing spaces galore, High Rise has a covered aft deck with seating for 12 guests at a large high gloss wooden table. Outside, teak stairs on both the port and starboard side lead down to her generous swim platform. One of the most utilized areas on High Rise is her massive sundeck complete with a large Jacuzzi, full-size bar, and grill station. Half of the sun deck is uncovered for those who wish to sunbathe, with a shaded area boasting a large L shaped lounge area, a large dining table, and a covered helm station.

High Rise is currently undergoing a full repaint, which is expected to be completed by November 2020. Her refit in 2019/2020 also saw all her exterior soft goods replaced, all interior furnishings have been reupholstered, new carpet in the salon, new teak decks, a new Garmin electronic system on the flybridge, a new Sea Recovery Aquamatic XL Watermaker, and much more. She reports low engine hours (2430), benefiting from meticulously maintained Caterpillar C32 engines. In 2019, her current owners spent $100,000 on routine and preventive maintenance on just the mechanical equipment.

High Rise cruises at 15 knots powered by twin C32 diesel engines reaching top speeds of 20 knots. She is on the market with IYC for $4,250,000 USD.
