24.38m (80’) M/Y Ocean View joins IYC Sales Fleet

IYC is pleased to welcome 24.38m (80’) M/Y Ocean View to the sales fleet, listed by Frank Grzeszczak Jr. of the IYC Fort Lauderdale office. Built by Hatteras in 2004 the yacht features sophisticated exterior styling by the Hatteras design team and a classic interior that makes use of beautiful warm woods.
Able to accommodate eight guests, Ocean View has four double cabins including a large full beam master cabin for her owners to enjoy. Accommodation is especially spacious for a yacht of this size making her ideal for hosting groups on board with guests all able to retreat to their own welcoming space.

The main saloon provides a welcoming and versatile space with a dining table, several seating options including a large lounge suite, and an entertainment system. Large windows ensure the saloon is filled with natural light. The main saloon leads directly out to the aft deck, home to an exterior dining seat up with padded seating and stepped access down to the transom.

One of the most popular on board areas is the flybridge, which offers plenty of space and a host of features including a bar, dining table and chairs, entertainment system and u-shaped casual seating. Large sun pads provide the perfect spot for relaxing in the sun. Powered by Caterpillar C-30 engines Ocean View cruises at 20 knots, with a maximum speed of 23 knots
