Asha can accommodate nine guests in her four luxurious cabins, with a crew of four. Her large master stateroom, located below aft, features a queen-size bed, a comfortable seating area, and a sizeable walk in closet, as well as an ensuite. Neutrally decorated with a hint of nautical elements, she has a large main salon, with a formal dining space that can host eight people.

Outdoor spaces galore, guests can enjoy her sundeck jacuzzi to cool off after sunbathing. The large flybridge has a large dining area, a wet bar and comfortable seating and is partially covered so guests can enjoy both the sunshine and shade throughout the day and into the evening. For alfresco dining, the aft deck has a large table and socializing space, and there are also large sun pads on her foredeck to relax and enjoy the ocean breeze.

A result of her refit in 2011, Asha features an extended swimming platform with a small beach club, complete with seating and shade for those long sunny days. For those looking to entertain themselves out on the water, she has a huge selection of watersports toys and equipment, including a 13' / 4m Avon RIB tender, a jet ski, two kayaks, a 16ft inflatable bounce park, a three-seat towable lounge, a banana boat, a trampoline, a 10-person inflatable flamingo, waterskis, a donut, fishing gear, inflatable paddleboards and deluxe snorkelling equipment.

Her refit in 2018 included new hull paint, service on her stabilizers, with a new antifouling and anchor system. She also has new teak on the swim platform, new linens, restored exterior cushions, new carpet and a restored jacuzzi. Asha has a cruising speed 17 knots (max speed of 27 knots) and a fuel capacity of 11,500 liters.
