IYC is pleased to announce the in-house sale of 42'/12.80m Xaos by Matthew Stone. One of the many highlights on board Xaos is her aft deck. This area offers seamless access to the swim platform and tender storage, as well as a large socializing space complete with a wet bar and grill. The L-shaped built in sofa will comfortably seat four and can be converted into a daybed, and guests can be shaded by a large retractable sunshade.
Guests will move easily inside into the main salon, which is filled with light thanks to her large glass infinity doors. This room offers a brand new crisp white sofa, an ottoman, ample storage, and an AV entertainment system. The large table in the center of the comfortable seating makes it an additional place to enjoy meals or drinks. The helm is located forward of the main salon. Moving downstairs, the spacious master cabin features an impressive ceiling height of over six feet, a queen-size bed and built in wardrobes, as well as a sizable en suite bathroom. The guest cabin benefits from a flexible layout that can have both a twin and a double berth and an ensuite bathroom that doubles as the day head.
Xaos stands out from the crowd thanks to her various upgraded equipment. The Cummings QSB 6.7 twin engines (with joystick controls) report less than 150 hours of use. She has a fuel capacity of 342 gallons and a comfortable cruising speed of 28 knots (max: 32 knots).
