Hï Ibiza, Balearics

Sublimotion, Ibiza

Sublimotion, led by internationally acclaimed chef Paco Roncero, delivers an unparalleled dining experience that seamlessly blends the worlds of gastronomy and technology. Known as a "gastro-sensory" experience, it takes guests on a multisensory journey using groundbreaking techniques such as virtual reality and film projections.

With a maximum capacity of only 12 seats, a reservation at Sublimotion comes with a hefty price tag of €1,500 per person. However, the cost affords a one-of-a-kind show featuring Chef Paco Roncero's innovative and avant-garde cuisine.The three-hour dining session takes place in a customized "capsule" that enhances the futuristic food tasting experience. 

Since its establishment in 2014, Sublimotion has gained recognition for its fantastical performances, incorporating elements from different worlds such as the deep sea or outer space. The main attraction, of course, is the remarkable cuisine of Chef Paco Roncero, which takes center stage in this immersive environment. Every detail, from the ambiance to the humidity levels, is carefully curated to enhance the flavors and complement each dish.
