A third generation native Floridian, Heather grew up in South Florida and in close proximity to the ocean and the world of yachts, later attending the University of Florida where she gainer her Bachelor degree in telecommunications. Following graduation, a passion for travel saw her work within the United States Army as a Logistics Management Specialist, living in several different states.

After returning to Florida, seeking a new adventure, the yachting industry beckoned due to her combined passion for travel and the ocean. Joining IYC as an Assistant Sales and Charter Broker, Heather worked out of St. Maarten, Ft. Lauderdale, and Newport with this first-hand experience of some of the industry’s most popular charter destinations proving invaluable to her work. Heather later moved to build the charter management fleet at Worth Avenue, where she managed a large number of yachts worldwide, before returning to IYC in her new role.

“I am thrilled to rejoin the team that launched my yachting career; it’s surreal to come full circle and be able to contribute back to the company where it all started for me,” says Heather. “I’m looking forward to working alongside my talented colleagues and growing into the future with the new IYC."

The recent appointment of Heather is testament to the quality and expertise of the entire IYC team, with the company having placed huge focus on building a team made up of the yachting industry’s best talents.
