IYC strongly believes that the future of the yachting industry lies in advancement through technology. The company is significantly investing in its Digital Transformation program, and Irini will be part of the team spearheading this initiative.

In her new role, Irini will be responsible for leading the development of IYC’s website and its transformation into a digital marketplace. She will also be actively involved in the advancement of our company’s tech-enabled sales tools to increase efficiencies and conversion. Additionally, she will continue to focus on growing the Business Intelligence Division and cultivating IYC’s analytics capabilities, with the goal of providing meaningful insights for informed decision making.

Irini joined IYC as Marketing Director in 2015, following the company’s re-launch. During her tenure she has contributed in establishing the company’s brand identity, redeveloping all marketing material and helping establish IYC as an industry leader. In 2022 she was appointed Digital Growth Director and has already achieved a significant increase in online revenue generation, as well as the advancement of our analytics and digital sales tools.

Irini has a strong professional background in international marketing, having held various positions at Johnson & Johnson and Microsoft. She earned her MBA degree from Harvard Business School and an undergraduate degree from Brown University in the United States.
