IYC is thrilled to display four yachts at this year's MYBA show in Sanremo from 28 April until 1 May at PortoSole Marina, Sanremo in Italy!

IYC is pleased to present the largest motor catamaran 143' (44m) Tecnomar THIS IS IT at the 2025 MYBA Charter Show. THIS IS IT will join an impressive lineup of leading charter yachts and is sure to attract plenty of attention at the show.

THIS IS IT offers a rare opportunity to not only charter a brand new vessel but also experience a concept that completely redefines lifestyle and elegance. Her radical asymmetries and bold, eye-catching silhouette enveloped in over 600 square meters of awe-inspiring glass windows push the boundaries and are sure to impress every she cruises.



The interiors, crafted by Mattia Piro and Gian Marco Campanino, showcase futuristic shades, smooth finishes, and a touch of pure luxury with refined details and sophisticated materials. The yacht presents enormous volume, with almost 47’5” (14.5m) of beam, and seamless indoor/outdoor connection. Floor-to-ceiling doors and open layouts create a harmonious transition, allowing guests to move effortlessly between the luxurious interiors and the expansive exterior decks.



122' (37m) Sanlorenzo AWAY is one of builder Sanlorenzo’s incredibly popular SD122 models. Launched in 2009 with a refit in 2023, she combines speed and style, reaching 17 knots, for true on-water living.



Exterior and interior design is by Francesco Paskowski Interior Design. The main deck is home to a spacious owner’s suite, with four additional guest cabins located on the lower deck. Generous communal spaces include a large main salon, including a formal dining set up and spacious seating areas.



Indoor-outdoor flow is a key part of the model’s design. The upper deck is home to a sky lounge and bridge, with an al fresco dining area aft, while the flybridge is an incredibly popular space with sun loungers and Jacuzzi. The aft main decks boasts yet another large exterior space, and further sun loungers can be found on the yacht’s bow. Powered by twin CAT engines she cruises comfortably at 14 knots, with her many amenities including NAIAD zero speed stabilisers.

97' (30m) Permare SEATALY was built by Permare in Italy and delivered in 2016. She features a white superstructure, striking lines and can cruise up to 24 knots powered by four Volvo Penta IPS 1050 engines. Her interiors have a cool and contemporary feel with classic beige soft furnishings and a pop of color to complement the vintage teak floors.



Eco-friendly yacht making use of recycled vintage wood flooring and engines designed for reduced emissions. Her vintage regenerated teak is made out of recycled boards, typically used in Javanese houses 100 to 150 years ago. Her engines allow for optimal sailing performances with less consumption. The yacht won the award of "The  most innovative yacht of the year" during the Cannes Yachting Festival 2016.



94' (29m) Maiora DADDY'S DREAM 888 boasts bright, airy spaces filled with natural light.
