As always, there is a strong luxury yacht presence at the show, with superyachts of up to 55 metres in length on display. This display will include the stunning IYC fleet: 165’ (49.9m) M/Y Samhan, 156’ (47.5m) M/Y Lilium, 132’ (40.24m) M/Y Hemabejo 3, 116’4’’ (35.5m) M/Y Tommy Belle, 108’3’’ (38m) M/Y Mirabilis and 76’9’’ (23.39m) M/Y Peri.
Mirabilis is a real all-rounder, built for entertaining, relaxing and exploration. Although 108’3’’ (33m) long, her on board spaces are equivalent to a larger yacht of 131’ (40 metres). Visitors can also take a tour of the sleek, modern Stefano Righini interiors of Samhan, a striking Overmarine vessel that offers sophisticated living as well as speed, reaching an impressive top speed of 40 knots when out on the water. Brand new Lilium is sure to be a must-see as one of the newest yachts available on the market. From her sleek exterior to her private owner spaces, luxury finishes and elegant entertainment areas, she is the epitome of the Bilgin spirit of luxury, and offers a unique opportunity to purchase a new superyacht without the wait time. Competitively priced, with a host of appealing features, Hemabejo 3 represents one of the best buying opportunities on the market today. Tommy Belle can take you anywhere in the world with her 3,500nm range. A popular Princess 75 model, Peri has been maintained in mint condition since her launch in 2016. She is defined by the attention to detail throughout her four beautiful cabins and lounge areas.
Visitors to the show can enjoy the best view in town by taking a helicopter into the event from nearby Nice airport, and then take in the displays of over 500 exhibitors, which extend from one end of the Croisette to the other, passing through Vieux Port and Port Canto on the way. The show runs from 10 to 15 September between the hours of 10am and 7pm, with a special late night opening on the Friday evening, with attendees able to enjoy the show as the sun sets over the beautiful harbour, with exhibitors staying open until 10pm.
The Luxury Gallery, a zone in the Palais des Festivals that is dedicated to luxury, crafts and lifestyle, was launched to much acclaim in 2018 and will make its return this year. Another exciting aspect of the 2019 event is the introduction of the new Sail Area. New for 2019, a large section of Port Canto will be taken over to create an entire area dedicated to sailing boats, making it the world’s largest in-water exhibition of new sail boats. Over 100 sailing boats, multihulls and monohulls will be on display throughout the area. The IYC team can also be found at the IYC stand in Port Canto.
